As a husband and wife team behind Miller Land & Luxury, Thomas and Jillian Miller bring together local market knowledge, strong marketing expertise, and a shared passion for helping clients navigate the Middle Tennessee real estate market with confidence.

MISSION STATEMENT
Miller Land & Luxury is a husband and wife real estate team serving buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee, including Wilson County, Lebanon, Mount Juliet, and the greater Nashville area. Thomas and Jillian Miller combine professional real estate expertise with a personal approach, helping clients confidently navigate the process of buying or selling homes, land, and luxury properties.
Jillian began her career in real estate in 2017 when she transitioned from property management to managing a boutique real estate brokerage in Downtown Memphis, Tennessee. As Assistant to the Broker, she oversaw brokerage operations, supported the firm’s real estate agents, rebranded the company, produced marketing and photography content, and maintained contract compliance. Her experience provided a strong foundation in the operational and marketing side of the real estate business.
Inspired by Jillian’s work in the industry, Thomas pursued his own real estate career. In 2017 he enrolled in Success Real Estate School in Memphis, obtained his license in 2018, and joined KAIZEN Realty, LLC. As their family grew in 2019, Jillian stepped away from the brokerage to manage Thomas’s real estate business full time, allowing them to combine Thomas’s client-focused approach with Jillian’s experience in marketing, operations, and transaction management.
Thomas quickly established himself as a top producer. In 2022 he was inducted into the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Club, recognized as a 2021 KAIZEN Top Producing Agent, and selected as a KAIZEN Brand Ambassador.
In 2025, the Miller family relocated to Wilson County, Tennessee, making the Lebanon area their home while continuing to serve clients across Middle Tennessee and the Nashville region. Thomas became actively involved in the local community through the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as a Chamber Ambassador. His dedication to the community was recognized when he received the 2025 Volunteer of the Year Award, and he now chairs a committee responsible for welcoming and onboarding new Chamber members.

Our story
Since earning his Real Estate license in 2018, Thomas Miller has built a reputation as a trusted resource for buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee, including Wilson County and the greater Nashville area. Specializing in luxury homes, land, and acreage properties, Thomas is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Recognizable by his signature collared shirt, tie, and cowboy hat, Thomas is often out in the field helping Clients explore properties and opportunities across the region. Whether walking land to better understand a property’s boundaries or traveling across the area to show a unique listing, Thomas approaches every transaction with the same dedication and enthusiasm. His steady, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile have earned him the nickname “Helper Helperton” among those who know him best.
After relocating to Wilson County in 2025, Thomas quickly became involved in the local community through the Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as a Chamber Ambassador and Chair of the committee responsible for onboarding new members. His commitment to the community was recognized when he received the 2025 Volunteer of the Year Award from the Chamber. This involvement allows Thomas to stay closely connected to the growth and opportunities throughout the county while building strong relationships with local leaders and businesses.

THOMAS R. MILLER
Jillian Miller is the operational and creative force behind Miller Land & Luxury, serving as the team’s Real Estate Administrator and marketing strategist. Known affectionately as a true “Jill of All Trades,” she manages the behind-the-scenes systems that keep the business running smoothly while shaping the team’s brand, marketing, and client experience.
Her responsibilities span nearly every aspect of the business, including transaction coordination, contract compliance, CRM management, social media strategy, marketing campaigns, website design, graphic design, photography, and video production. Jillian’s unique ability to blend organization with creativity allows Miller Land & Luxury to present properties and services in a polished, professional way while maintaining efficient and seamless transactions for clients.
Jillian’s career in real estate began when she managed a boutique brokerage in Downtown Memphis, where she gained valuable experience in brokerage operations, marketing, and small business management. Since 2019, she has managed Thomas’s real estate business full time from their home office—affectionately known as “The Command Center.” From this hub, Jillian oversees the systems, marketing, and operational strategy that support the team’s work serving buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee, including Wilson County and the greater Nashville area.
Beyond real estate, Jillian is also a creative storyteller. She is the author of a children’s book for early readers, inspired in part by her experiences as a mother and her desire to create thoughtful, encouraging stories for young children. Her creative background in writing, design, and visual storytelling continues to influence the way Miller Land & Luxury communicates and connects with clients.
With a deep commitment to organization, creativity, and service, Jillian helps ensure that every detail behind the scenes is handled with care—allowing Thomas to focus on guiding clients through the process of buying and selling homes throughout Middle Tennessee.
